4 killed in Mississippi; suspect found dead
BILOXI, Pass up. — The suspect in the fatal taking pictures of the owner and two workers of a Mississippi Gulf Coastline motel and subsequent loss of life of a human being shot throughout a carjacking was identified dead after a standoff with law enforcement Wednesday, authorities reported.
Harrison County Coroner Brian Switzer determined the suspect as 32-12 months-previous Jeremy Alesunder Reynolds.
Gulfport Law enforcement Department’s incoming chief, Adam Cooper, said Reynolds holed up at a Gulfport usefulness retail store after fleeing from a stolen car or truck. Gulfport is just west of Biloxi, where the shootings took place at the Broadway Inn Specific motel.
Switzer advised information stores that motel proprietor Mohammad Moeini, 51 Laura Lehman, 61 and Chad Green, 55, had been killed at the motel. Lehman and Environmentally friendly equally lived and labored at the motel.
WLOX-Tv noted that a person witness described a chaotic scene at the motel, with folks fleeing.
Police mentioned that immediately after the motel shootings, a further gentleman was shot throughout a carjacking in Gulfport, and he afterwards died in medical procedures. Switzer identified him as William Waltman, 52.
Cooper explained police fired teargas into the keep in which Reynolds was holed up. Right after attempting to negotiate with him and finding no response, police went into the retailer and found him dead, Cooper claimed. An autopsy will be done to determine how he died.
